Donna Havener -Administrative Representative
Donna has been working in the insurance industry as an administrative assistant since June 2017. Donna has worked in the service industry for over 20 years. Prior to starting at I.D. Insurance, Donna worked in banking, and a law firm as a Real Estate Conveyancer. Donna’s primary role is to ensure continuity within the office between all brokers and information sharing. Donna enjoys talking to the clients and remembers names and faces and believes clients like that they are remembered. Donna also does the bookkeeping for both our companies, so she is kept busy.
When not working, Donna likes to camp, read, and just relax with her 4 kids and 3 grandchildren and her dog.
